I should state plainly that I never intended to take to the sky in earnest. I have my arcane levitator, my thaumostatic harness, and for the little flight a thaumaturge needs, they have always been adequate.
Then I spied the Create engineers’ vessels drifting overhead, all brass and cogs, and all too mundane. If such crude means can lift a whole ship, what might the arcane be capable of? I have resolved to find out, preferably before I think better of it.

The runic shield was just completely rewritten to have better generic handling and all specific mod compatibility was removed. It is intended to guard against projectile-like damage, if you encounter shield interactions that seem wrong, let me know.
This mod is very much a work in progress, more content will be released over time, things will be adjusted. Please do leave bugs or suggestions in the comments or in the dedicated forum on my discord server.
