Redid aura thread handling to hopefully prevent all instances of weird aura issues
- A new API was also added for per-dimension aura regeneration, allowing custom behavior
Fixed TileThaumcraftInventory incorrectly sending sync packets, which could cause log spam or crashing
Improved a couple of research icons (Thanks Icaruss)
