First version, for Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47 and The Flesh That Hates 1.1b.

• Faster: the flesh fog and music checks, incubator mob spawning, incubators putting out fire, the infection spread, and drawing flesh spikes, flesh mobs, boils and the flesh forge.
• Fixed: infection spreads lost at every restart, moved to the Overworld, kept running forever, or loading chunks; incubators loading chunks to spawn mobs or place new incubators; a starting incubator keeping its chunk loaded after it evolves; the GOH effect crash; brutes throwing away the flesh stage damage reduction; other players setting your fog or music; the Flesh Unseen's 0 by 0 registered size.
• Logs one line per patched TFTH class at startup, saying how many changes applied.
• Works on the client, the server or both, and the two don't need to match.
