TFC Biome Gen

Add custom biomes to TerraFirmaCraft using config. Configure TFC terrain integration (heightmap, surface, river blend) and placement rules (climate, rarity, layer replacement) via config files, and create biome content using standard vanilla biome JSON. Includes a Java API for mod developers. Integrates seamlessly with TFC's climate-based worldgen system.
