What's new

Fixed a few bugs with the danger system and changed blast radius to a config value of 7 blocks from the explosion. This is to help the player have more grace with detonating at close distances. Added crude niter solution to jug and bucket list and also widened ignition sources for dynamite to allow other modded igniters.
