-redstone torches and TFC's torch can now be used to light unlit torches
-buffed all torch light levels; both coal torches now have max light radius
-added magma lamp, a steel-grade perminant light source with magma and glass
-added melting recipes for torch holders
-torches now make noise and spawn particles when they tick
--paper torches make no noise and spawn fewer particles
--paper and fat lamps make no noise and spawn no particles. magma lamps are noisy, however
