An addon mod for Tetra

This mod only adds two item, and four types of schematic. Carrying this item allows special schematic at the Tetra Workbench. Sharpening: Consumes one (Whetstone) and sets the tool's sharpening progress to 100%. Settled: Consumes three (Whetstones), adds one level of the Settled effect, max level 1.

Carrying an Overloaded Whetstone unlocks special modifications at the Tetra Workbench.

Hone II: Consumes 1 Overloaded Whetstone, sets the tool's honing progress to 100%, and resets the honing progress to 100% after each honing for 9 consecutive uses.

Settle II: Consumes 2 Overloaded Whetstones, adds 2 level of the Settled effect
