Compatibility build for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge and Tetra 6.9.x only. Do not use with Tetra 6.10 or newer.

• Add native stat-bar effect applicability tooltips with runtime scope, trigger, stacking, and current-preview state for Tetra effects.
• Preserve independent Tetra and optional Tetrawear applicability paths, including client resource JSON rules for third-party effects.
• Replace manual effect applicability snapshots on resource reload so removed rules do not remain stale.
• Ignore previewless material-only outcomes before Tetra reads their variant key, preventing multi-material improvement schematics from crashing while retaining their fixed consumable requirements.
• Refresh the project icon, cover image, and effect-applicability documentation.
• Backport current Tetra Insight features to Tetra 6.9.x and mutil 6.2.0.
• Add material-dossier navigation and special material-use presentation for ambiguous material matches.
• Preserve Tetra's native holosphere navigation, pagination and transition behavior while adapting the expanded dossier UI.
• Include ExtraHoloPage 1.2.16 in the development runtime for compatibility regression testing without making it a required end-user dependency.
