Adds a Translocator and Tessarract hybrid
Work in progress! Place on chests, right-click to open GUI. Orange - output, blue - input. Use glowstone or add speed boost and diamond to add stack/size boost.
To set colors for Advanced tesslocator, hold dye items in both hands and right-click. To change input/output mode, sneak-right-click with empty hand, there will be a GUI for that.
