added an api method for developers to force mobs to run on the main thread, or force certain functionality of their mobs to run on the main thread
Additionally modpackers will have a config to force mobs to run on the main thread.
This fixes it so if 1 mob in a pack has parallel issues it will not cause the entire pack to fall to serial.
