Initial public build for TerraLoop Border.
Features:
- Adds TerraLoop Border options to the Create New World flow.
- Allows world border size to be configured in chunks.
- Uses Minecraft's vanilla world border system.
- Supports a minimum world size of 1 chunk.
- Applies the border automatically when the world starts.
- Designed for NeoForge 1.21.1 and Java 21.
Current scope:
- No custom terrain generation.
- No custom biomes.
- No custom ores.
- No custom dimensions.
- No world wrapping.
- No ocean border generation.
Known limitations:
- Early version focused on chunk-based vanilla world border control.
