First public release.

A complete storage network for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge:

• Network storage with cells from 1k to 256k, fluid cells, drive racks, storage buses and an IO port
• Import, export, storage and repair buses, suction and formation planes, fluid buses and an interface block, all T1–T5
• Autocrafting: pattern encoder and provider, crafting core, assembler and crafting storage, plus the crafting card for self-feeding export buses
• Wireless access points T1–T5 and a dimension access point that works across worlds
• Power in FE with solar panels, burners and energy cells; smelter, press and tank as machines
• Four ores of its own leading to silicon, silicate glass, a circuit board and three processors
• Redstone clock and level emitter, security terminal, tier cards, muffle cards, a wrench and a twelve-chapter in-game handbook
• JEI and EMI supported: the "+" button fills the crafting grid from the network
