Tensura x MineColonies v0.2.3 Full Changelog

Changed

  • Built against a newer MineColonies. Now built against MineColonies 1.1.1368 (was 1.1.1319), which brings better citizen pathfinding and cleaner guard fights. The mod still runs on 1.1.1319 and above, so updating MineColonies is recommended but not required. You may notice citizens eating more and new arrivals appearing a little differently — both are MineColonies' own changes, not this mod's.
  • The colonist envoy greets you differently. Their opening line was reworded to be friendlier and more direct.

Fixed

  • Colonies no longer vanish after a server restart. A colony saved while a Tensura raid was still running could fail to load on the next boot, with its backup file renamed .dat.delete. Saved raids now reload correctly, and a colony containing an event the game can't recognise (from a removed mod) skips just that event instead of being lost. Already-deleted colonies can't be brought back, but restoring a .dat.delete backup now works.
  • Your guards no longer attack your own subordinates. They also leave your raid defenders alone — the citizens who transform to fight during a raid. Wild monsters, and other players' subordinates, are still attacked as normal.
  • Human envoys no longer pile up at the Town Hall. Colonies could slowly build up a crowd of lifeless "Colonist Envoy" copies. A crowd that already formed is swept away automatically the next time you're at your colony, and envoys of any race no longer stack up while you're away.
  • Envoy subordinates can no longer be lost on their way home. If a subordinate's return from a faction mission messes up in some way, the game now says so and selecting them in the roster (G) calls them back to your side. This also rescues subordinates already stuck this way.
  • You no longer have to go find a subordinate you left behind. Summoning or sending one now works from any distance — the game loads the area they're in and acts on them where they stand. Works both ways: you can summon a citizen out without traveling to the colony first. (Subordinates named before this update need one visit to the colony first, then work from anywhere too.)
A hut cannot hire a resident who wasn't actually in the colony. Naming a monster makes it a resident right away, and a hut would hire it even though it was out with you — nobody turned up for work and the building jammed. Huts now skip those residents; a building that's already stuck is freed by firing the worker once.
    • Residents out with you show grayed out in the hiring list as "Subordinate Mode"; ones serving in the colony read "Colonist Mode".
    • You can fire a resident who's out with you straight from the hut.
    • A resident with a job keeps it if you summon them out with you — the work waits until you send them home.
  • Faction offers no longer dry up for good. Letting deals expire could drop your standing below the point where a faction offered anything, with no way to earn it back. A faction you still have relations with now always offers its basic deals; factions already stuck fix themselves on the next in-game day.
  • Faction deals that ask for a bundle of goods can now be handed in. Bundle deals (like "Caravan Tolls") and the Trial of Light & Dark turn-in showed no Deliver button, so they couldn't be completed. Deals already in your list are fixed too.
  • Faction towns no longer build into the sea. Settlements now pick dry ground, and any building whose spot would still be underwater is left out of the town. Newly generated towns only.
