Give Devastator a deliberate cadence.
Put limits on TR Addon's strongest supported Devastator attack and connect its starting Uniques to the shared skill pool.
Devastator
A major attack, with time between casts.
End of Days receives a 30-second cooldown. Each supported hit is capped at 35% of its target's maximum Spiritual Health.
The skill keeps its offensive role while its strongest attack has a defined recovery window. Supported defaults are configurable through Rebalance Core.
Starting skills
Three choices in the shared pool.
Devastator, Resonant Core and Total Reflection join the eligible starting Unique choices, respecting the shared ownership and availability rules.
