Tensura Reincarnated Nightmares - Sable Patch

Sable 2.0.5 compatibility patch for TR Nightmare 1.0.3.2.8.

Fixes an incompatibility between TR Nightmare and Sable 2.0.5 that caused repeated Aborting entity get for abnormally large AABB errors during server ticks.

The patch replaces TR Nightmare's infinite-AABB entity lookup in LeaderJobTickHandler with a compatible entity retrieval method while preserving persisted leader-job recovery functionality.

Only LeaderJobTickHandler is modified.
