Tensura: Multiplayer Overhaul

Tensura: Multiplayer Overhaul is a NeoForge addon for Minecraft 1.21.1 that improves how Tensura works in multiplayer with custom UI, server-side progression controls, and configurable balance-focused systems.

First release introduces a custom Unique reroll system designed for multiplayer servers, with better control over who can access rerolls, how many rerolls are allowed, and how Unique distribution behaves when trulyUnique is enabled.
