Tensura: Magicule Regen Scaling

This mod is an addon for Tensura: Reincarnated.

The feature this addon adds is faster magicule regeneration that scales on your EP points from the base Tensura mod. You can configure the amount of magicules gained per second, in the config file. With the default values, you regen about 1% of your magicules every second.
