Tensura Lower

* All existing & new unique skills given extensive config options
* 4 new unique skills: Anti magic, Boost, Tempter, and Pink Glutton - (check tensura lower channel for skill info)
* Slight rebalance/fix to Black swordsman:
- Replaced the Brand marker with more accurate symbol.
- Kept the first nightly Brand wave immediate but changed later waves to every
  150 seconds.
- Restricted Brand waves to the Overworld (only dimension with a day/night cycle currently)
* QOL:
- Forced Evos by naming or cmd will be biased off of what race is being tracked in the reincarnation menu, if no evolution is being tracked the player will be prompted to select one when applicable.
- Magic sense night vison can now be disabled in config (on by  default)
- Update also adds a fix to a small tensura animation bug with the  battlewill tab.
