This license applies to the original code and assets in Tensura Rebalanced and Tempest Interface, to the extent that the copyright holder has the rights to license them.

1. PERMITTED USE

You may download, install, copy, and use the mod for personal gameplay and Minecraft servers.

You may include and redistribute the unmodified official mod JAR in public or private Minecraft modpacks and server distributions without requesting additional permission.

You may change configuration files and create your own external configuration overrides, datapacks, or compatibility scripts.

When redistributing the mod, preserve its author attribution and all included copyright, license, and third-party notices.

2. ORIGINAL CODE AND ASSETS

Permission to use or redistribute the complete mod does not grant permission to reuse its original code or assets separately.

Without prior written permission from the copyright holder, you may not copy, adapt, distribute separately, or incorporate the mod’s original code, artwork, textures, icons, UI graphics, animations, shaders, or other assets into another mod, resource pack, game, website, or other project.

Recolouring, resizing, tracing, converting, or otherwise modifying an original asset does not grant permission to reuse it.

You may not distribute modified versions, forks, or ports of the mod without prior written permission.

3. THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL

Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses. This license does not replace those licenses or restrict permissions they grant.

In particular, identified TR: Nightmare-derived assets retain their MIT License, and the bundled Cinzel, Cormorant, and Roboto fonts retain the SIL Open Font License.

Preserve all applicable third-party attribution and license notices.

4. RESERVED RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No ownership of the mod or its original assets is transferred.

Nothing in this license limits rights or exceptions provided by applicable law.

5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The mod is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the copyright holder is not liable for damages arising from its use or distribution.
