Addon for Tensura: Reincarnated to add some more magicule regen
After much struggle with the incredibly slow regeneration of Magicules from Tensura: Reincarnated in the 1.21.1 version I made this mod it gives a flat extra 1% per second magicule regeneration which feels way better while still feeling correct
