OWNERSHIP

This software, including but not limited to all source code, compiled binaries,
object code, textures, models, sounds, music, animations, data files, 
configuration files, documentation, and all other assets (collectively, the 
"Work"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Anthony Christopher Grady 
("the Author"). All rights are reserved in full.

RESTRICTIONS
================================================================================

Unless the Author has provided express written permission signed by Anthony 
Christopher Grady, no individual, group, organization, corporation, or other 
legal entity ("the User") is permitted to:

  1. Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Work or any portion thereof, in whole 
     or in part, in any medium or format, whether digital or physical;

  2. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or 
     create derivative works based on the Work or any portion thereof;

  3. Distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, lend, transfer, or 
     otherwise make the Work or any portion thereof available to any third 
     party, whether for commercial gain or otherwise;

  4. Remove, alter, obscure, or misrepresent any copyright notice, attribution, 
     watermark, or proprietary marking contained in or associated with the Work;

  5. Claim ownership, co-ownership, or authorship of the Work or any portion 
     thereof;

  6. Use the name "Anthony Christopher Grady", "Goobermonkey55", or 
     "Goobermonkey59" to endorse, promote, or misrepresent any product, 
     service, or derivative work without prior written consent.

MODPACK EXCEPTION
================================================================================

Notwithstanding the restrictions above, the User is expressly permitted to 
include the Work, in its original and unmodified form, as a component of a 
modpack, provided that:

  1. The Work is included without modification to any code, assets, or files;

  2. The Work is not repackaged, rehosted, or redistributed as a standalone 
     file outside of the modpack context;

  3. Clear attribution is given to Anthony Christopher Grady (Goobermonkey55 /
     Goobermonkey59) as the author of the Work within the modpack's 
     documentation, description, or credits;

  4. The modpack does not charge users solely for access to the Work itself.

This exception does not grant any right to modify the Work or any of its 
components in any way.

PERMISSIONS

Permission to use, copy, modify, or distribute the Work beyond the Modpack 
Exception above must be obtained in advance and in writing, signed explicitly 
by Anthony Christopher Grady. Any permission granted:

  - Is non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing;
  - Applies only to the scope, duration, and medium specified in the written 
    agreement;
  - May be revoked at any time by Anthony Christopher Grady with written notice;
  - Does not grant any ownership rights or intellectual property rights to the 
    recipient.

VIEWING AND PERSONAL USE

If this Work has been made publicly available by the Author, the User may view 
the Work solely for personal, non-commercial reference purposes. This does not 
grant any right to copy, reproduce, store, transmit, or build upon the Work 
beyond what is strictly necessary for the act of viewing.

NO WARRANTY
================================================================================

The Work is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, 
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a 
particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall Anthony Christopher 
Grady be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use 
of or inability to use the Work.

ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES
================================================================================

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Work 
constitutes copyright infringement and may subject the infringing party to:

  - Civil liability under applicable copyright law, including statutory damages;
  - Injunctive relief to immediately cease infringing activity;
  - Recovery of all legal fees, court costs, and damages incurred by Anthony 
    Christopher Grady in enforcing this license.

The Author reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to the 
fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any 
disputes arising under this License shall be subject to the exclusive 
jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the United States 
of America.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this License is found to be unenforceable or invalid under 
applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary 
to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All remaining 
provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
================================================================================

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the Author and the User 
with respect to the Work and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous 
understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, 
relating to the Work.
