Tensura Cooldown Control + Creator QoL

!!! IMPORTANT !!! 

"This mod is still in development and if you use it with other addons expect some type of bug. Also, keep in mind the cooldown of the mod directly affects the skill itself and not its sub‑abilities as of now, which might be a bit overpowered depending on each skill you use and how much you change the cooldown (I specifically made this mod because I always thought Creator cooldown to be a bit too high and decided to make something other people can use to balance their own world). Another thing this mod does is that it makes skills created by 'Creator' that have toggles (e.g., Berserk, Berserker, Mathematician, etc...) will have those toggles automatically activated, meaning now you can create Survivor in the middle of the battle without having to worry about toggling it yourself.

Additional: I made it so it should be compatible with Astral Light and the upcoming skill Akashic Records from Tensura Nightmares, although I admit I didn’t test it myself. The logic should still work, but if for some reason it doesn’t, I’ll probably create a special version for it once TR Nightmares releases version 1.0.3.

If you're using a paid hosting service a config file for the skills CD will be generated under the name "tensura_cooldown_control_cooldowns.cfg"
