TeleportScepter

This mod adds the Teleportaion Scepter which allows you to teleport close or far distances.

When holding a weapon, you click "r" and select the teleportation mode, this is "close range" -
this mode works so that when we aim at a given place and click the right mouse button, we are teleported there, but for this mode to work, the character must move, when we run/jump
holding the scepter and click the right mouse button, we teleport. 
-the second mode is "far range" and when we select it, we click "j" then a window appears to enter the coordinates, you have to enter them exactly without any characters at the end,
when the coordinates are already entered correctly, we click the right mouse button and we are teleported to the previously entered coordinates.
