What's new
added monitors and actuators for OC2: Modern as well as a OC2 <-> CC: Tweaked bridge. You can make a disk with the CC: Tweaked daemon's code on it easily.
The actuators now works on signs and the HTTP one can execute commands on OC2 machines if the daemon needed is running. It is already in /mnt/builtin. Fair warning that this potentially expands attack surface considerably once OC2: Modern fixes the internet card on dedicated servers. Keep HTTP actuators connected to OC2 computers password locked and prevent other players from reading its NBTdata any way you can.
