A minimal integration between Create and Immersive Portals allowing you to place tracks across dimensions.

This integration may be incompatible with mods that change Create or Immersive Portals internal behaviour.

This mod is a temporary integration that adds the ability to travel across Immersive Portals with Create Trains in an unpolished state.
