Tectonic + Biomes O' Plenty compat

Compat between Tectonic and BOP. Overlays Biomes O' Plenty Biomes over Tectonic terrain generation. Replaced prior DT-Tectonic with BOP features, as this mod can be combined with DT-Tectonic mod for full DT-Tectonic-BOP compatibility.

Added config for different biome layouts: "bop" (default), "bopAlt" (more bop, less vanilla), "bopSkylands", "bopAltSkylands", "bopTerratonic", "vanilla"
Built on Forge 43.2.0, ensure correct dependencies: tectonic 1.1.9b, biomesoplenty 17+, terrablender 2.0+, terralith 2.3+ (if using the Skylands or Terratonic options above)
As with other versions, be sure to set all terrablender configs to ZERO in all mods that use it (including BOP) so we can take over terrain generation and biome placement
