Meat and Drops

First Tasty Vanilla NeoForge release, for Minecraft 26.3

Tasty Vanilla 2.2 brings the Meat and Drops update, along with fixes across the whole mod.

New

• Raw and cooked meats dropped by more than 20 mobs, cookable in the furnace, smoker and campfire
• Mobs killed while on fire drop their meat already cooked, like vanilla
• Some raw meats can give Hunger when eaten. Cook them first
• Rare drops with effects: Cat Eye (Night Vision), Allay Wings (Slow Falling), Bat Wings (Blindness)
• Allay Wings and Cat Eye can be brewed into their vanilla potions
• Mooshrooms drop Veggie Meat
• New Butcher, Fisherman and Cleric trades
• Frog Legs, Bat Wings, Cat Eye and Allay Wings appear in village temple chests

Fixed and changed

• Serene Seasons: crop and berry seasons now actually apply, and each berry follows its real-life ripening season
• Crops broken before fully grown now return their seed (chilli, tomato, lettuce)
• Mobs now walk around berry bushes instead of through them
• Advancements show up again
• Farmer villagers compost the mod's seeds again
• The garlic crop shows its name again
• Full translations in 9 languages
