Tars Okey

New game: Tavla (Turkish backgammon)

• A second table joins the coffee house: the Tavla table, for two players sitting opposite each other. Place it, sit down, and play
• Classic Tavla: 15 checkers each, 24 points, two dice, doubles count four times, no doubling cube. A hit checker re-enters before anything else, and you bear off once all fifteen are home
• Played on the board, just like Okey: right-click the dice in front of you to roll, then click your checker and the point it should go to. The window is only for the lobby, settings and the stake - press O to open it during a game
• Match to 5 wins, adjustable from 1 to 7. A Mars counts as one win, the way it is played in the coffee house
• Three uncle strengths to play against, from easy-going to coffee-house master
• Stakes work as at the Okey table: both players pay in, the winner takes the pot. Borne-off checkers rest in felt trays beside the board
• A turn clock as at the Okey table - 30, 60 or 120 seconds, or off
