Targeted Keep Inventory

A simple mod that allows you to toggle keep inventory for individual players with the following command:

/keepinventory [username] [true/false]

This command is only accessible by operators in a multiplayer game, as /gamerule keepinventory [true/false] works just fine in singleplayer.
