I felt like playing 1.12 again...

- sweeps should be more consistent to trigger.

- updated to the new style of posture bar.

- put the 1.16+ datapack jsons into the config folders "tags" and "stats" to make them work automatically.

- a corollary to this change is that non-mod weapons can also perform full sweeps with sweeping edge. Maybe I'll backport variable sweeps eventually, maybe not.

- buffed posture damage and defense multipliers of items across the board.

- reworked quarterstaff to no longer rely on enemy placement, for a smoother experience.

- simplified rope dart management. It can now automatically seek out nearby enemies.

- re-enabled executions. Be aware that not every weapon has one.

- horizontal velocity on jump is now only applied when wall running.

- made staggers less loud, and also deal 20% max health on staggered hit.
