- in an effort to make posture fast-gain, fast-loss, posture now heals by 1/4 of your natural (before armor buffs) max posture per second. Armor still decreases regen speed visually, because you have extra max posture to fill up. Nausea is a lot more noticeable as well.

- armor posture changed to additive instead of multiplicative. Mobs with less than 10 max posture will find they have more after wearing armor, and particularly large mobs won't scale their max posture to ridiculous degrees.
