- Added new structure **Lo Pei Shrine**: explore the ancient sanctuary to find the *Lo Pei Statue* and uncover hidden lore
- Added *per-world unique talisman mechanic*: each talisman type can only be obtained once per world
  - Once any player claims a talisman, it will no longer generate in loot chests
  - Use `/talisman list` to view all collected talismans in the world
  - Use `/talisman reset <talisman>` (cheats enabled) to reset a single talisman's availability
  - Use `/talisman resetall` (cheats enabled) to reset all talisman availability
  - This restriction can be toggled off in the config file
- Added new decorative blocks, including the **Stone Stele** that supports custom engraved text
