TailCraft-1.21.1-NeoForge-1.2.9.2
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Tailcraft 1.2.9.2 β Petting Visual Fixes
Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.259+ for 1.21.1 / Java 21.
Fixed
- Fixed the extra βthird armβ seen by the player being petted and other observers. The articulated petting arm now replaces the normal main arm and sleeve.
- Fixed normal first-person hands remaining visible during petting. They are hidden while the articulated arm is active and restored when the interaction ends.
- Fixed the receiving player being unable to see the articulated arm by explicitly submitting its skin render batch during world rendering.
- Prevented arm overlap at the end of the release animation.
- Kept arm replacement scoped to the player performing the gesture, preserving the other arm and restoring rendering after nested player renders.
Preserved
- Player skin textures, regular/slim arms, left/right handedness and the standard sleeve texture.
- Directional touch reactions for ears and tails, with a smooth return to the configured pose after release.
- Existing appearance settings, customization controls and collision physics.
Controls and updating
Hold G with an empty main hand, stand close to another player and aim at their ears or tail. Move the mouse to stroke; release G to stop. Rebind the key in Options β Controls β Tailcraft if needed.
Replace the previous Tailcraft JAR on the server and both participating clients. Keep only one Tailcraft JAR in each mods folder. The visual fixes must be installed on each viewing client.
