Initial release of TafariCraft - Reborn Fixes.

- Adds compatibility data for TafariCraft - Reborn.
- Adds Ad Astra Venus Sandstone to the required Forge sandstone item tag.
- Fixes affected Mekanism recipe/tag validation on fresh worlds.
- Works on both client and dedicated server.
- Removes the need for a world-specific compatibility datapack.
