Allows Tacz ammunition to be used on warium and superbwarfare guns without having to craft seperate ammo cleanly also working on all sbw vehicles and its addons.

What's new
- cleaned up some extra weapons from warium that still drop normal warium casing uponreload like cemented_carbide rifle from warium.
- added sbw vehicle addon steal ability , this mean any sbw vehicle addon that uses materials hard codded into them like only sbw steel or lead or galena will now use steel lead and galena for all mods like mekanism and immersive eng etc.......
- added ability for weapons to empty thier ammunition upon pressing R again once they are full the same as tacz.
