Wall mounted turrets!

ADDED

- Turrets and sentry turrets can now be placed on walls!
- Added wall_chance to sentry spawn rules so sentries can spawn on walls in structures and caves.
- Added configs consumeCamos, consumeDyes and consumeBanners, all on by default.

CHANGED

- Cave sentries can now spawn on walls.
- Removed the returnCamos config.

FIXED

- Fixed sentry turrets falling when spawned on a ceiling with a spawn egg.
