[TaCZ] Tactical Breaching

🔧**[TaCZ] Tactical Breaching 1.0.3 Released!**

Update:
- Added a complete in-game configuration screen.
- Added searchable configuration options and categories.
- Added clear ON/OFF buttons for toggleable features.
- Config changes now correctly sync with the server.
- Server remains authoritative in multiplayer.
- Only operators can change server settings in multiplayer.
- Fixed settings showing as changed without actually taking effect.
- Fixed Enable Shell Casings not disabling new casing spawns.
- Added the improved configuration screen to both Forge 1.20.1 and NeoForge 1.21.1.
- Fixed untranslated configuration keys in the NeoForge menu.
- Added Save, Save & Close, Cancel, and Reset Page controls.
