- **Sniper Glare System**
- Visual lens flare when enemy players aim at you with high-zoom scopes (4x+)
- Weather-based texture selection: sunny (glare_3), rain (glare_2), night (glare)
- Configurable weather opacities: OpacityDay, OpacityNight, OpacityRain, OpacityNightRain
- Death sync fix: glare properly clears when sniper dies
- Line of sight check: glare hides behind blocks
- 2:1 aspect ratio for wider, more realistic glare
- New config option `GunHudType` to switch between TACZ_HUD (original) and TACZ_P_HUD (custom)

- Default min zoom for sniper glare: 4x
- Weather only affects opacity, not glare size
- Damage indicator max radius reduced for less extreme scaling

- Sniper glare persisting after killing a player
- PNG transparency rendering issues (fixed blend mode)
