TACZ: Magazine And Casing

Mechanics Changes:

• More accurate shell ejection position
• More shell ejection options: reverse ejection, ejection without lateral velocity
• Different ejection velocities for different types of firearms (not yet integrated into the settings)
• Vanilla TACZ casing ejection render will be enabled when casing entity spawn disabled
• Remove shell rotation in pitch, shells on the ground look more natural

Others:

• Change config file to common
• Language fixed
• Mute casing entities drop sound (vanilla Minecraft sound)
