Adds durability to the Timeless and Classics guns with a jamming and repairing system.

-Added unjamming animations to the base gunpack
-Added an unjam animation system for gunpack and modpack developers to add their own
-Added idle jam animations that can be setup the same way as the unjam animations
-Jam chance added to tooltips
-Jam chance is now based on a cubic easing from the jam threshold to zero
-Fixed repair tags in the default datapack for 1.21.1
