TACZ: Durability (Timeless and Classics Guns)

-Rewritten with pretty much all of the messy code leftover from MCreator removed, it is now my own java work which im quite happy with

-All durability related functions are now done in percentages, which means changing the durability in the config should work as intended for everything, including making repair items repair the amount they should for that durability count

-New cleaning system for the WD-40 and Brass Brush

-More consistant jamming, setting the jamming to zero in config should prevent it entirely

-List in config to disable jamming for certain gun ids

-Server config moved to common config

-Client config (existed before but ig people didnt know about it) with the option to disable the hud

-No more bespoke keybinds, it now only uses the TACZ inspect keybind

-Durability now listed in the gun tooltip not in the HUD

-Fixed in hand model for Repair Table
