MnmUtils is no longer a required dependency (It is included in the jar)

Add support for filters which remove from * but also add to other channels
[WIP] add a channel focus setting. Simply define the default channel and the command to change channels. This command will be run when you click a tab.
Colors have been replaced by textures.
Removed multiple chat sends. (256 chars is plenty)
