Displays players’ health in hearts directly in the TAB player list. Simple, lightweight and server-friendly.
This mod displays players’ health directly in the TAB player list using the vanilla scoreboard system.
Health is shown in hearts by default. When a player’s maximum health exceeds 20 health points, the display automatically switches to a numeric format (for example, 32 HP) to keep the TAB clean and readable.
The mod is fully server-side, lightweight, and designed to stay close to vanilla behavior. It works seamlessly in multiplayer environments and does not require any client-side configuration.
Compatible with NeoForge and focused on performance and simplicity.
