Adds levels and xp to your tools and armor

This mod allows your tools and armor to get xp from breaking blocks, killing mobs, and taking damage.
Also Durability
At level 5:
Pickaxe: chance to duplicate ore drop
Sword: Chance for double loot tables
Armor: Chance to gain a buff
At level 20:
Sword: Drop iron nuggs
Armor: Chance to debuff attacker
