Fix a ton of issues with new features in 1.8.0 and some other misc bug fixes

  • Pneumatic boiler is now a catalyst in JEI for boiling recipes
  • Compatibility boilers are no longer in the dynamo tag
  • Boiling recipes now support displaying in JEI when the input amount is more than the output amount
  • Steam was still hardcoded in some places, meaning boiling recipes couldn't actually outupt anything new. Oops

Also added some new hot steam types! These are created by boiling steam again and again, until it eventually reaches a plasma state, which is even more fuel efficient than normal steam! I would be careful trying to carry plasma around in a bucket though...
