Thermal Systeams

Add an icon and tooltip to the gui when a Mekanism gas handler is detected on the output to explain how that thing works. Also hopefully means more people will discover that feature. Fix an issue where output handlers weren't being updated when rotated using a wrench or similar item that didn't destroy the BE. Do some sneaky find and replace of text components to swap out the word Dynamo in augment tooltips with Dynamo & Boiler. This can be disabled with a new config option, as it doesn't have much translation support yet. (If you want to translate systeams you can do so by submitting a pull request with a new lang.json file, or if you don't know how to do that open an issue)
