Changelog:

Introduces multiple new teleporting commands such as:

• /spawn Teleports you to the server spawn.
• /teleport_last <player> (required OP) Teleports you to the last known location of the specified player (even if they're currently offline).
  • Note: Currently implementation maintains said "history" only why server is online. History cleared on server restart / crash
• /tpx <dimension> (required OP) Teleports you to another dimension at your current location.
• /jump (required OP) Teleports you to the block you're looking at (more precisely, to the top of the block column you're looking at).
• /tpahere <player> Same as TPA but sends a request to teleport player to you, versus you teleporting to said player.
• All teleports should continue to populate history and work with /back
