Adds 5 basic powers you can obtain, with 3 special potions that are based on Compound V

adds 5 new powers

-speed

-levitation

-bedrock skin (fall more then 15 blocks to cause an explosion)

-healing

-invisible

(to get a power, brew a synthesis chunk onto a syringe on a brewing stand)

and 3 new Superhuman tiers

-Protohuman

-Superhuman

-Omnihuman
