This compatibility addon introduces new interactions between your bonded symbiote and the legendary creatures of Ice and Fire. From encountering enormous dragons to developing resistance against elemental attacks, your symbiote will learn, react, and adapt to the dangers of a world filled with mythical beasts.

Every encounter is an opportunity for evolution.

🐉 Dragon Instincts & Reactions

Dragons are among the most powerful creatures in Minecraft, and your symbiote knows it!

Bonded symbiotes can detect nearby dragons and respond according to their unique personalities.

• Guardians: Become protective and warn their hosts of approaching threats.

• Predators: Recognize dragons as powerful prey and become eager for battle.

• Royals: Approach encounters with confidence while recognizing the danger.

• Negatives: Become cautious and fearful around particularly dangerous dragons.

• Fire-immune variants: Maintain their existing fear immunities.

Your symbiote can react differently depending on the dragon's proximity, creating more immersive encounters.

🔥 Elemental Adaptation System

Your symbiote can gradually adapt to the devastating elemental attacks of Ice and Fire's dragons.

Fire Adaptation

• Develop resistance to fire-based attacks.

• Reduce incoming elemental damage as adaptation improves.

Ice Adaptation

• Learn to withstand freezing attacks.

• Improve survival against Ice Dragons.

Lightning Adaptation

• Develop resistance to electrical attacks.

• Reduce the effects of lightning-based damage.

Adaptation progress is earned through encounters and combat. Players can equip up to two elemental adaptations simultaneously, allowing different defensive strategies.

Combine the power of Ice and Fire's legendary Dragonsteel with the living biology of Symbiotes Unleashed!

Unlock three specialized biological upgrades:

• Infernal Carapace: A fire-focused evolution that strengthens protection against intense heat.

• Glacial Carapace: An ice-focused evolution that enhances resistance to freezing attacks.

• Storm Carapace: A lightning-focused evolution designed to withstand electrical damage.

These evolutions require elemental adaptation progress, Dragonsteel ingots, and Living Biomass.

In v0.1.0, Carapaces are gameplay upgrades. Custom armor models and visual transformations are planned for future updates.

🐍 Mythical Creature Awareness

Your symbiote can recognize dangerous creatures from Ice and Fire and warn you of their presence.

Supported encounters include:

Each encounter contributes to your symbiote's growing knowledge of mythical creatures.

Predator symbiotes gain access to a specialized dragon-tracking ability.

Track recently encountered dragons using your symbiote's biological senses, giving hunters a way to pursue powerful prey without changing vanilla or Ice and Fire world generation.
