Swords of Time

...is a Minecraft mod heavily inspired by a game on Roblox called "Block Tales," an RPG game where the player travels around various areas in old Roblox to collect the seven SFOTH (Sword Fight on the Heights) swords and return Builderman to the present day.

This mod works to implement iconic items from old Roblox as items and weapons for players to use in PvP. If you are into that sort of thing, then this would be a mod for you!

SFOTH Swords

The SFOTH swords in this mode base their functionality primarily on the Block Tales implementation rather than their mechanics in SFOTH. As such, swords will be added as the Block Tales demo is updated to include them.

• Ice Dagger. Upon use, restores 20% of the player's max health. Costs 1 XP level.
• Venomshank. Upon use, shoots a projectile that deals 2 damage and poison. Costs 1 XP level.
• Ghostwalker. When held, grants Slow Falling. Upon use, grants temporary invisibility. Costs 2 XP levels.
• Firebrand. Upon use, shoots a projectile that deals 5 damage and burn. Costs 2 XP levels.

Other Items

Other items in Block Tales (or Roblox in general) that still have importance to the story.

• Superball. Ranged projectile. Deals knockback and 1 damage.
• Hyperball. Ranged projectile. Deals more knockback and 2 damage.
• Linked Sword. Upon use, grants temporary Slow Falling.
• Ghost Potion. Found in the new Cauldron Hut structure in any kind of Taiga biome. Modifies damage taken based on amplifier.

Ingredients

A few new crafting ingredients have been added in order to create the SFOTH swords. These ingredients are currently a temporary solution until I come up with a better idea.

• Ice Shaft. Crafted with two packed ice stacked vertically like a stick. Used to craft Ice Dagger.
• Steel Ingot. Crafted using iron ingot and coal. Used to craft Linked Sword (or as an alternative for iron in Flint and Steel recipe).
• Netherite Shaft. Smithed using a stick, netherite ingot, and netherite upgrade template. Used to craft Venomshank, Ghostwalker, Firebrand. Grants advancement "Extreme Dedication".

• 1.0.0 : Added Linked Sword, Ice Dagger, Venomshank, Ghostwalker, Firebrand, Superball, and Hyberball.
• 1.1.0 : Added Ghost Potion, Cauldron Hut, and advancements.
• 1.1.1 : Tweaks to the Ghost Potion. Using the potion gives decreasing levels of Dodgy (3, then 2, then 1, then removed). Sets health to max while in effect.
• 1.1.2 : Tweaks to the Dodgy effect. Level 3 gives max health. Level 2 gives half health. Level 1 gives one-third health.
